First trimester screening must be performed after 11 weeks, but before 14 weeks of pregnancy. Your physician or midwife may make a referral to PCRM, or we accept direct referrals. There are two appointments: one for blood work, and the second for the ultrasounds. Patients coming from longer distances will be accommodated in one visit.
