Cycle Monitoring for Other Clinics (Satellite Services)

PCRM is pleased to serve as a satellite clinic for a number of fertility clinics throughout North America. Our role during your treatment is to provide the following services under the direction of your treating physician/clinic.

PCRM is the only fertility centre in the region which can provide 7 day service, and same day estradiol level results.

1. Treatment cycle and pregnancy monitoring
2. Dispensing of Medications from our pharmacy
3. Nursing consultations / Injection teaching

Monitoring Includes:

• pelvic ultrasounds for follicle monitoring (7 days per week, at 7:30a.m.)
• estradiol levels (7 days per week at 7:30 a.m.
• Progesterone Levels (monday through friday, reported within 2 business days)
• hCG levels (monday through friday, reported next business day)

All services are provided 7 days per week, without interruption for holidays.

In order to assist your clinic with the monitoring of your cycle, we will require clear instructions in the form of faxed orders from your physician. The order must direct us on the specific serviced listed above, and the date that it must be performed. Our clinical staff is not responsible for your treatment cycle planning, and cannot make management decisions superceding your parent clinic. It is important that we receive orders from your treating physician regarding what services are to be provided, by fax, no later than 3 p.m. (PST) the day prior to the appointment required.

PCRM will try to provide your clinic with results prior to 12:00 p.m. on the day of your visit providing that you attend your appointment at or before the 7:30 a.m. appointment time. Questions or concerns regarding your treatment must be directed to your treating physician.

PCRM Pharmacy

Please refer to the PCRM pharmacy patient information site. Our satellite patients have full access to our pharmacy services 24/7 assuming your clinic provides us with prescriptions in a timely fashion. During weekdays, we need to receive a faxed prescription from your doctor before 12 noon (PST) in order for the prescription to be filled the same day. On weekends and holidays, prescriptions must be received prior to 10:00 a.m. (PST).
