The Self-Referral Process
For patients who do not have a referring physician, have difficulty securing a referral, or want to bypass the referral process, PCRM offers a self-pay option. If this is your preference, the private pay consult price is $500. Future follow ups will cost $100 each. Fill out our Request a Consultation form, and someone from our team will contact you regarding next steps.
