Dr. Dilan Fernando
Reproductive Endocrinologist / Fertility Specialist
Dr. Fernando obtained his Bachelor of Medical Sciences and his Medical Degree from the University of Western Ontario. He would go on to complete his residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology and fellowship training in Gynecologic Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Western Ontario.
He is certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
He has practiced Obstetrics and Gynecology in a tertiary care centre in British Columbia as well as rural centres in Ontario.
Dr. Fernando research interests have allowed him to present research on treatment of endometriosis and management in infertility as well as ultrasound imaging. His academic interests currently include artificial reproductive technology, obesity and infertility and fertility preservation.
Dr. Fernando enjoys providing individualized patient-centered care built on the foundation of the latest research and evidence. He looks forward to helping patients throughout the entirety of their fertility journey.
