That's why we offer our patients access to Prelude Connect, an app designed to help you manage your care anytime, anywhere, via your smartphone or computer.
The app was designed by leaders in fertility care and refined by patient insights.
What Can You Do with Prelude Connect?
Once you're set up, Prelude Connect gives you the ability to:
- Track your treatment plan, including appointments
- Connect with our care team directly
- Manage your fertility documents
- Link and share information between you and your partner's account
- Manage your fertility payments
- View your lab results
Getting Started
After your initial consultation, our care team will send you a personalized email inviting you to link to your profile. If you don't receive this email, just reach out to us and we'll get you set up.
Prelude Connect is available for iPhone and Android, and can also be accessed via the web.
